Game Results are Final

Technical Failure

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, Suncity APK will attempt to restore the session from the last recorded point.
• If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to the player's account.

Sports Betting and E-Sports

For Sports Betting on events such as EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, IPL cricket, and E-Sports such as MPL Malaysia (MLBB) or Valorant — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings. Odds may change until the bet is confirmed. Any disputes regarding match results will be resolved based on the official outcome issued by the relevant event governing body.

Self-Exclusion

Applicable Law
